The Most Requested Kid-Show Classic!

2 bright coloured covers are seen on the magicians table. One is raised revealing a jar of peanut butter. The other cover is raised revealing a jar of jelly.

Both covers are replaced. With some magic words the magician claims the jelly and peanut butter have changed places, then return! You repeat this again.

You prove your claim. So you raise both covers to prove that both are in opposite places. You can repeat the switch as many times as desired.

Replace both covers, and both the peanut butter and jelly disappear. Someone in the audience is asked to reach inside a paper bag that previously held two slices of bread. The bread is removed now with peanut butter and jelly between the two slices. The bag is shown empty.
